I've been receiving a lot of questions about BoosterHub registrations today, and want to clear up a few of the main questions:

1. Credit card payments currently don't work on BoosterHub. We're working on that. For now, if you can put the $200 deposit check in the band box next week made out to NHSBPC in an envelope with your child's name on it, that would be great.

2. There is a difference between "parent" and "student" accounts in BoosterHub. You may have registered as a parent earlier, but your child will need a separate account with their own email and account credentials.

3. That email should not be their NPS email, especially if they are in middle school. I believe that NPS screens out outside domains. If your child doesn't have one, you may want to use a "backup" email that you have as a parent. If you use your primary email address for your child, I think there is a good chance that BoosterHub will not allow you to do that.

4. Once you provide your child's information into the registration page (https://newtownbandandguard.boosterhub.com/register/7475) your child will receive an email to finish setting up their password. You may want to know their password, so that you can change their information over time.

5. You can set up your spouse's account as well when you create your student's account (there is a prompt at the bottom of the page). Like the student account, your spouse will receive an email to finish creating their account by setting up a password.

6. Thank you for your patience. If you can't get everything done today (or this weekend) that is OK! I will try to make it to band practice a little early on Monday (8ish) and will be at the "Meet Liz" event we are having on Wednesday to answer any questions that you may have and to help you set up you and/or your students!
